Since 2025 we have grown from four people in a rented room to a team of forty shipping software for banks, hospitals, marketplaces, and organizations.
We started Code Mandala because the best engineers we knew were leaving the country to do work they could have done here. Now, they are here — building platforms used by millions of people every day.
We take on work we can be accountable for: fixed teams, direct access to the engineers doing the work, and a preference for saying no over overcommitting.
